Digital Function Generator
This simple generator based on the Analog Devices DDS (Digital Direct Synthez) AD9833 and micro PIC16F876A.
For speaker testing an LM3886 amplifier was added. Generator has 3 signal shapes - Sine, Triangle, Square, and many different modes of operation - continuous, strobe, sweep. Special
modes - 1/3 octave semi-noise bands, resonant frequency search.
It will be good to add Rms2DC convertor in order to provide very accurate measuremnts -and full Thielle-Small parameters measurements will be possible. But I don t know when (anf if) I will do this :(
